About the studio

We build the part of ecommerce nobody photographs.

The storefront gets the attention. The systems behind it — order routing, stock, messaging, reconciliation — decide whether the business survives its own growth. That's the part we build.

Why we exist

Growth breaks operations before it breaks anything else.

Meerub Ecom Hub started with a pattern we kept seeing: a store doing well enough to be busy, run by people who were drowning in the admin of being busy. Orders confirmed by phone one at a time. Stock counted twice a week and wrong by Friday. A courier sheet retyped into an accounts file every night.

None of that is a design problem. It's an engineering problem, and it's solvable. So we built a studio around solving it — first the storefront, then the machinery underneath it, then the AI layer that handles the conversations. Today we do all three for businesses across retail, wholesale and services.

Principles

Four rules we don't bend.

These aren't values on a wall. Each one has cost us work, and we'd rather it did.

RULE 01

Map before you automate

Automating a broken process makes it break faster. We trace the real workflow — including the undocumented steps someone does from memory — before writing anything.

RULE 02

You own everything

Repositories, servers, API keys, Meta assets and documentation are created in your name from day one. Leaving us should cost you a handover call, not a rebuild.

RULE 03

Every automation has a kill switch

Systems fail. Ours fail loudly, with alerting, a logged reason and a manual fallback your team can run without us on the call.

RULE 04

Say no to the wrong project

If the audit says your problem is pricing or supply, we'll tell you that and send you the map anyway. A bad fit costs both sides more than a lost invoice.

Who we work with

Businesses at the point where manual stops working.

Growing D2C brands

Doing enough daily volume that order confirmation, dispatch and stock can no longer be handled by hand.

Multi-channel retailers

Selling across a website, marketplaces and physical outlets, with inventory that disagrees between them.

Wholesale & B2B

Running orders through WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets, needing a portal and a paper trail instead.

Working style

Weekly demos, not status emails

Every Friday you see the system running on staging. Progress you can click is the only progress report we trust.
